Privacy Policy
AeroGyan Education ("AeroGyan", "we") runs an online learning platform for aerospace engineering students. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show advertising.
1. Information we collect

The apps can use your camera or files only when you choose to attach a photo or file. Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the apps to protect course content.
2. How we use information
- to provide the platform: accounts, courses, quizzes, notes, certificates and the help desk;
- to process purchases and subscriptions;
- to send account emails such as sign-in codes, password resets and security alerts;
- to protect the platform and its content against misuse and account sharing;
- to improve courses and features using aggregated usage statistics.
3. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run AeroGyan, and only what they need:
- Razorpay — payments and subscriptions;
- Google (Gemini) and Groq — generating AI Doubt Solver answers from the question and attachments you send;
- Cloudinary — storing uploaded images and files;
- Email delivery services — sending sign-in codes and account emails;
- Hosting and database providers — running our servers and storing data securely.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to administrative tools is limited and protected by additional verification.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data and the content you create: until you delete your account.
- Security and access logs: deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Daily usage statistics: deleted automatically after 6 months.
- Payment records held by Razorpay: kept by Razorpay as the law requires.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — see and edit your details in your profile, or ask us.
- Delete your account — in the website or app open Settings › Account › Delete my account, or use aerogyan.tech/delete-account. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
- Emails — account and security emails are part of the service; you can ask us to stop any other emails.
7. Children
AeroGyan is meant for college and university students. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you on the platform.
