Delete your AeroGyan account
You can delete your AeroGyan Education student account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- your profile: name, username, email, phone number, photo and password;
- your learning progress, quiz and exam results, streaks and certificates;
- your handwritten notes and notebooks, help-desk messages, reviews and contributions;
- access to courses and plans you bought — they cannot be restored to a new account.
What is kept
- security and access logs, deleted automatically within 12 months;
- daily usage counts, deleted automatically within 6 months;
- payment records held by Razorpay, as the law requires.

Option 1 — inside the website or app
- Sign in to AeroGyan.
- Open your profile menu (top right) → Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.
Option 2 — right here
Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in page first. Admin and professor accounts are removed by the AeroGyan team on request.
